How to book and pay?

Mai Chau Trek a wide range of group tours and private tours, browse to the specific product you would like to book. The price displayed at the overview section is the price per person in US dollar at the time of booking for a certain option of tour/accommodation, not really the time of departure. Thus, it might change if you choose a different date, different kind of accommodation as well as other tour options available for each tour.

Click on the “Book now” to continue, you will see a booking form. It's fast and easy to book and pay for your service with 4 steps:

Step 1: Fill in booking form

Fill in the booking form in detail as much as possible.

1. Pick a date: It's the date you start the tour.

2. Insert participant information:

- Adults (the number of adults and children over 8 years old): 100% tour price

- Child (from 04 – 08 years old): charge 50% and sharing bed with 2 adults, limit 01 kid/booking.

+ If 01 child from 08 years old up using his existing bed in the cabin/room with adult: 100% tour price.

+ If 02 children from 05 up to 12 years old sharing a room/cabin: 75% tour price (you will insert 01 kid to "Adult" and 01 kid to "Child")

- Infant (under 4 years old): free of charge, limit 01 kid/ booking

3. Choose an option for your tour: If there are more than one option, you will be asked to choose one.

- Accommodation: With overnight tours which have more than one option for accommodation, take one (a surcharge will be added accordingly)

- Tour option: With a tour has more than one option, take one (a surcharge will be added accordingly)

- Pickup service: With a tour with pickup option, you have 2 choices:

+ Yes: insert pickup address as detailed as possible for a better arrangement (pickup fee will be added)

+ No: no pickup address required, meeting point and time will be provided.

Next, confirm the booking form by “BOOK NOW” button, a confirmation page will appear.

Step 2: Manage & submit your booking

After clicking "BOOK NOW"button, a checkout page will appear:

- “Sign up/Sign in” if you want to create an account/already had an account.

- Fill in “Customer information” if you dont want to use the user login.

- Choose payment method in “Billing Options”: Credit Card via OnePay or PayPal (3% booking fee)

- Click “SUBMIT MY ORDER” to reconfirm and make the payment.

- Note:  If you choose a wrong tour want to add more tour, choose "Back to cart" before process with "SUBMIT MY ORDER"

Step 3: Pay for your booking

After submitting the order, a secure payment page will appear.

- If you choose to pay by Credit Card via OnePay: fill in your credit/debit card information as requested and pay for your booking.

- If you choose to pay by PayPal, login to your PayPal account or paying as a guest with your credit/debit card.

After the payment completed, you will get an automatically confirmation from OnePay or PayPal.

If you dont want to pay for this booking and want to pick an other one, choose "Cancel and return to the website" and rebook.

Step 4: Confirmation

After the booking is done and payment completed, you will get an autoreply from our website to inform about your booking status.

Within 24 hours (except for Sat and Sun), our staff will send you the voucher of confirmation for your booking. Double check all information and get back to us if there is something wrong.

After the booking is confirmed, any change/amendment should be made in written form and follows our terms and conditions. Drop us a line if you need further assistance.


- If all steps are done, it means your booking is well received.

- Our staff will contact you to reconfirm your booking within 24 working hours (Mon to Fri) or 48 hours (Sat and Sun).
